Moving to the country!

This family of five were ready for a lifestyle change with a move to the country! Already starting to pack when we were called in, this family watched as we revolutionised their home. We added two gorgeous outdoor spaces in merbau hardwood, opened the living spaces with large sliding window stackers to bring the outside in, reconfigured the internal layout to add an extra living space, gave the exterior and landscaping a complete facelift and reconfigured the main bedroom to double the ensuite and walk-in-robe spaces. We also updated all the wet areas, replaced the flooring and window treatments and painted throughout. Our efforts paid off with this full-scale renovation and layout change - generating a whopping $349,013 profit! The owners are thrilled and so are we! They are loving their new rural life just outside Canberra with their very own natural waterfall on their property.
