Renovations had already begun on this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom property, when YPP were called in to assist. Having run out of money to finish the job, our client hired YPP to complete and finance the final touches for sale. We painted the house throughout the inside as well external gutters, downpipes and cladding. We put down new flooring, updated the electrical and tidied up the garden.
